How to implement Central slice theorem in matlab?
Show older comments
Hello!
May I have you help please with the below issue:
I am trying to find a accurate and fast implementation of the central slice theorem, I understand that the algorithm should have three steps as below but unfortunately I don't know how to implement it?!
First step: is to apply a 1D Fourier transform to the projections, to transform the tilt series into the radially sampled Fourier domain.
Second step: These Fourier data are then regridded from the radial to the Cartesian grid,
finally: a 2D inverse Fourier transform is applied to obtain the initial image.
I would be very grateful for your help Alan

hi, what do you mean by "projections" ?

ok, so you have the initial image, and you want to apply the three steps to go back to it right ?

i just checked the Radon function, but in the step 2, you need theta and rho where you will get rho, ?
