problrem for desactivate MATALB on my old PC

My old PC is KO and I can not deactivate MATLAB. So when I want to activate on my new PC I have an error message. How can I do ?

Try deactivating the license on the old PC using the license center: https://www.mathworks.com/mwaccount/. Go to this link, select the license, go to "Install and Activate" tab, and click the link: "Deactivate a Computer".
