How to implement speed control of induction motor using Fuzzy logic

i want to control the speed of induction motor by V/F control using fuzzy logic controler, can anyone send me circuit diagram of the same ,or matlab simulink model.

Please Can I know how to do the look up table (gain G) for open loop v/f control in matlab ?
