Data prediction for regression analysis problems

Hello there, I am a newbie to Machine Learning, Artificial Neural Network and have a little experience on MATLAB.

I want to firstly, have a good understanding of artificial neural network being used as a tool for solving regression analysis problems. Then, I would like to know how to predict the output of a new set of data from the model gotten. I understand the theory but I do not know how to go about it in MATLAB. Is there any book or video or something anyone could put me through to to start learning how to go about it.

PS: I have gone through the Neural Network Toolbox but I do not understand it really.
