how to save the data

I am working on OCR,i have seen file exchanges,but the thing in http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/18169-optical-character-recognition-ocr

in this in letter_number i have deleted all those numbers and leters and have saved my own cropped images,now if if run create_template for creating templates i get error

Error using ==> imread at 372
File "letters_numbers\A.bmp" does not exist.

Error in ==> create_templates at 5

A=imread('letters_numbers\A.bmp');
B=imread('letters_numbers\B.bmp');

please tell how to save template
