For dataset resolution in matlab

Hello i m working recently on Torgo dataset which refers to acoustic and articulatory data of dysarthria. In the articulatory part Ema is used for movement position. The articulatory data contains the pos files which consist the data of the position of articulatory movement when pronouncing the speech. But in some data set of the patient, the sensors which detect the articulatory position in the three dimension haven fallen which results to missing data in some position of the articulatory organ. I want to use a method in matlab to estimate or find the approximate values of the data where the sensors have fallen. It is possible to find those values? If yes please a reference, link or any suggestion will be helpful for me. Thank you for your answer and i will really appreciate it
