now, i have added noise in that original image using '0+std*randn(size(orig.image))' function, then how can find those homogeneous regions from this noisy image(only using noisy image)

there are some homogeneous region in original image.i have found those homogeneous regions using 'stdfilt'filter.
now, i have added noise in that original image using '0+std*randn(size(orig.image))' function, then how can find those homogeneous regions from this noisy image(only using noisy image)

Use stdfilt() and then threshold to find regions with low standard deviation.

that i have done for original image and i have got homogeneous regions,
but my question is that how homogeneous regions can get from noisy image?(and noise is added to original image using 'randn' function)
(and also homogeneous regions should get only and only using noisy image,no information taken from original image and how much noise is added using 'rand')
