Hi, I'm trying to replicate the previously published model which was developed by simbiology
After I created the model/reactions and feed initial values and tried to simulate the model with simbiology model analyzer, I got these error messages
"At least one valid input must be specified"
"At least one valid output must be specified"
Unfortunately, I'm not sure how I can manage these error messages
I would be happy to have any comments or solution

Hi Kazutaka,
I am assuming you are working in MATLAB R2019b or later and that you are trying to run a simulation. From the message you get, it seems like you may be trying to calculate local sensitivities but have not defined inputs or outputs to the sensitivity analysis. You can disable the sensitivity analysis, see screenshot below, and then try simulating again. Does that work?
Best,
Sietse
