MATLAB Driveが同期に失敗する

MATLAB Drive Connectorを用いて複数のPCで同じファイルを管理したいのですが，あるPCだけ，同期に失敗します．
「別のインスタンスがまだ実行中のため，MATLAB Drive Connectorを開始できませんでした．」とだけ表示されます．
同期が開始されるようにするためには，どのような解決策をとればいいのでしょうか．
