ADALM-PLUTO SDR Connection error

I tried to connect ADALM - PLUTO SDR to my labtop.

and i already downloaded [Communications Toolbox Support Package for Analog Devices ADALM-Pluto Radio] package.

As you can see in the picture below, Search and connect is doing-well.

but Test transmitter and Test receiver is in trouble.

I already did reinstalled package or re-started my labtop. but it did not work.

please give me some advise. Thanks

I am using win 10 , and 9.7 MATLAB ver.

Update to the most recent version of MATLAB

Just had this exact problem (minus the korean) and couldn't find anything online for the life of me, so I hope this helps someone
