MATLAB起動時に​エラーが表示され起動​できない場合、どのよ​うに解決しますか？

MATLAB R2020b をインストールし、起動しようとすると、下記のエラーメッセージが表示され、起動できません。
-nojvmオプションでコマンドライン環境は起動できました。
"C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2020b\bin\matlab.exe" -nojvm
OS: Windows 10 Pro Version 1809
