MATLAB Cylinder Vibration Analysis

Hi everyone,
I have a cylinder in ANSYS Workbench and acquired the Centre of Mass (CoM) in the solution section. A perfect cylinder has the CoM in the centre, and then I change the shape simulating a chunk being taken out or being added onto the surface, changing the CoM and then if rotated would cause vibration.
I was wondering if there was a code or program in MATLAB where I could enter the CoM and RPM to receive a vibration analysis that includes frequency and amplitude information from the distorted cylinder rotating?
If anyone has done something like this or has an idea of how to write some code for this, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you all in advanced for your help and assistance!

I think MATLAB documentation on Vibration Analysis of Rotating Machinery will help you find answer in this use case.
Also refer to the documentation on Vibration Analysis for more information.
