Hello,
I am installing Matlab on my Mac with a student license. However, everytime I try to install Matlab, a blank error message appears on the "Select Destination Folder" tab. Usually, I'd search the internet trying to find a solution to the error. But, since the error message is blank and I do not know the error, I cannot do this! I have already tried reinstalling the installer multiple times, restarting my computer, providing my activation key instead of my student license, and nothing works.
Originally, the error said something like I needed to verify my student lisence. The error then provided a link, which I clicked on and it sent me to a website. There, it said everything was successful and I could continue installation. Since that happened, the blank error messages began popping up.
I provided an image below of what the error message looks like on the Matlab installer.
Any ideas help. Thanks!
