While my program hangs

I have a function which encrypts a 256 * 256 image and processes the matrix row by row..the problem i have is that the execution hangs at the 70th line and there is no error in the program .. there an explanation please?

With out code we cannot comment why there is a hang..you need to post the code and explain us your problem.

No, do not post the code.
Due to the laws of the USA, we cannot discuss encryption.
If you could replicate the problem without encryption algorithms, then we could assist with that.
