2017a Help does not open

I have just completed a clean installation of MATLAB 2017a on Windows 10.
The only thing that is not working is the help window. When it is selected it says, "The requested page is part of software that is not installed."
Does anybody know a way to get the help window to open, or how to install it...?

Is that applying for all items you ask for documentation for?
Did you happen to install in a non-standard location such as on D: ?

Yes, any help documentation is unavailable and says it has not been downloaded.
Installed to C:
