Missing File Error when downloading MATLAB R2020a

1 view (last 30 days)
Hi,
I am getting the error "archive is not a ZIP archive" when I tried downloading (for the third time) MATLAB R2020a. How can I fix this?
Also, I don't know if this helps but I have a MacBook Pro 2015 macOS Catalina 10.15.3.
Thank you in advance :)

This error message indicates that the MATLAB installer was unable to extract the product archives. This is often due to an incomplete or corrupted download. You can re-download the listed installation archives and reattempt the installation.
If installation is still unsuccessful, compare the md5 has of the downloaded archive to the published md5 hashes at the manual download page. Comparing the md5 hash will help verify that the download was successful.
If the md5 hash of the downloaded files matches the published values, try clearing your temp folders (%TEMP%, %TMP%, or /tmp) prior to reattempting the installation.
This error can also occur when there is not enough space in the /tmp directory to contain the product archive during extraction. Increasing the space available within the /tmp directory will resolve this error.
If you are still facing this issue, you can contact MathWorks support.
