Access to self pace blocked

I have Annual license from my College and it is still working on my Desktop. But my online self paced courses are expire. I was in the middle of one of the course but now I am unable to access it. Guidance required!

If you are enrolled in a Self Paced training and you need additional time to complete this training due to extenuating circumstances, you can email a request to: training@mathworks.com
