Passing a Matlab structure to C#

Hello, I'm working on a program in Matlab and I need to send a data structure (declared in Matlab) to a C# dll. The dll is linked with NET Assembly. This dll would read the structure and after some calculations also modify some parameters of the structure.

So the in parameter and the out parameter of the c# dll function would be the structure. Do you have an example of this kind of interfaces? Thank you in advanced for the help :)
