We have seen reports of this with Mac, that usually were caused by programs registered as "Accessibility" programs, such as Magnet.
We have also seen a few reports of this with Windows 10, but I have not seen any explanation of that yet.
What result do you get when you use the command
opengl info
when i used the command opengl info details about graphic processor came
Your MX130 graphics driver is about 18 months out of date. The current (as of a week ago) release is at https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/results/161304/
I recommend that you use the GeForce Experience program https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/ which will automatically notify you of driver updates and permit you to install them.

Have you tried turning your computer off and on again?
Check what programs/processes are keeping your computer busy. For example on Windows press CTRL-ALT-DEL and select Task Manager

How much RAM does Matlab take in your system? While not executing anything on your computer and on matlab, what's the CPU's utilization percentage?
Let's have a look at the specs of your computer, please run and copy paste the results here
system('systeminfo')
Also, run
bench_result = bench(5)
and copy/paste the result from your command window here, or provide screenshots of the two figures that open

Is it just Matlab that's slow? What other programs do you use on your computer.
Run bench again and copy paste the six numbers that appear in the command window please
when i run bench some graphs appeared, thats it
after some time this came
Error using matlab.graphics.primitive.Text/set
Invalid or deleted object.
Error in bench (line 94)
set(task,'string',getString(message('MATLAB:bench:threeD')))
that you get an error running bench is suspicious. I would uninstall Matlab, make sure your windows, Java, and graphics drivers are fully up to date and install again.
