can you just give me the specific code to obtain the above plot. All I need is a random signal with small variations and a few(3 or 4) spikes with a variation of above 150.

No, I can't. The shown signal has very specific properties, e.g. the frequency spectrum, the strong correlation over a period of about 0.5 seconds, etc. Without knowing any details, it is impossible to guess, which properties are required, and which are noise. Therefore I cannot post such a signal.

I do not want the exact signal as shown.
I just need to generate an eeg signal in matlab.

@Azy: Perhaps I was not clear enough: Currently your explanations are not detailed enough to create a noisy signal. There are too many different possibilities and we cannot guess, what you need. It is like if you go to a car seller and ask for "a car". Of course he has cars, but he will hesitate to offer any specific one.
"A few spikes with a variation of above 150" does not allow to create a signal. The best method to obtain EEG signals is using EEG signals. So better ask any lab if you could get some test data.
