Scan shows matlab malware

I did a malware scan on my pc which I normally do once a week, or every two weeks, and xpcgetinterfaceip.exe in my matlab\toolbox\rtw\targets\xpc\xpc\bin\ folder was flagged as malware. My computer normally comes up clean and does not flag this file. Is this file legitamate or is it actual malware hidding in my matlab folder?
Thank you

If you would tell us what release you are using, along with a hash of the file, someone with that toolbox should be able to tell you if your copy of the file is the original or not.
If you are worried, you can safely delete the file and reinstall Matlab.
Try asking tech support. I don't have any xpc folder under my "C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2020a\toolbox\rtw\targets" folder.
I do have that folder and Norton says it's clean. It may be an overzealous antivirus, or it could have been exchanged with malware. Here's the contents of mine:
