Use ode45(). Try following code
xspan = [0 1];
ic = 1; % initial condition
[t, y_sol] = ode45(@odeFun, xspan, ic);
plot(t, y_sol);
legend({'y'});
function dydx = odeFun(x, y)
dydx = -(x/y).^3;
end
