Run Section not printing answer

I have created several different programs within an m file and used %% to seperate the sections, and the code was printing my phrase perfectly until I added another section. Now it will not print the code in the command window, when I run a certain section. Any ideas what the problem might be?

Adding a section should not change the behavior of previous sections. Can you show a small example of code that causes this problem?

It should not be printing the code. Do you mean not printing the output? Have you added a semicolon at the end of the line that was printing?
