Modeling a plug valve with SimScape

Hi,

I'm trying to model a plug valve used for oil & gas industry, please see a picture sample below.

I didn't find an plug valve in SimScape. Any recommendation for such a task?

Should I start with a 'similar' valve in the library or build one from scratch? How to build one from scratch?
