計算結果の違い

matlab 2016aを使ってアプリケーションを開発しています。matlab上で実行したものとexeにしてruntime(matlab 2016a)で実行したもので計算結果が違います。
同じコードだと思うのですがなぜ計算結果が変わるのかがわかりません。

cat12でセグメンテーションした結果のniiファイルをspm12のget_totalsの引数にした時の返される数値が異なっています。
