Optimizable Model in Classification Learner

I want to use built-in trainer classifier with hyperparameter optimization as described here:

However, in my MATLAB version (2018b), after train a model (I used RUSBoosted Tree), and follow the description in the link above, I could not find any Optimizable Model selection.

Am I missing something?

If you have not already found out: I think you need the newest (2020) Version for this to function. My Version (2019) does not have it either
