convert c to matlab code

the above code is C code.... how to convert this into matlab code.... i'm getting error in pfIm0[X(ix,iy)].... please help me to solve it out...

MATLAB start with index 1 and has no index 0.

In my view this depends on the data going into the code. You could post dummy data like A=1:10 or B=rand(3,3) to run test code
