can't open or unistall matlab

Hi i have matlab 2019a and when i try to open it is says:
" can't open fail code: 0xc0000006"
i have tried to unistall it but i can't even do that.
so i tryied to download 2020a and it works fine, but i cant remove 2019a or open it

Hi Mahmoud,
The 2019a installation is probably corrupted. You can delete the installation folder directly. If you want to use the 2019a specifically then reinstall the product after deleting the corrupted installation. The default installation folder is as follows
Windows: C:\Program Files\MATLAB\<Release>
macOS: MATLAB_<Release>.app in Applications folder
Linux: /usr/local/MATLAB/<Release>
