error while copying files in to matlab current directory

when ever i try to copy any file(wether image or m file) into my matlab current directory,i get error as shown on left side in attached snapshot

You should not be working in the installation folders, or anywhere under Program Files.
Do not add, change, edit, or remove files from any application's installation folder!
You should be saving files somewhere under your User Directory, for example the MATLAB startup folder:

Windows does not let you copy or write anything under "C:\Program Files" folder unless you're an official installation/setup program.
