Windows 10, Matlab 2020a
version 2019b is still on my machine and working.
After some playing around I found the problem seems to be trying to run, at least, audio scripts.
I found I can run at least some of the examples, but when I try to run an example with audio Matlab just shuts down. I found I can't even click in the live script boxes without Matlab crashing. But I can make basic scripts creating variables and assignments. I tried updating my current licence which did nothing.
Any help would be apprecianted.

Hey Darnell,
Which example were you trying to run on MATLAB?
Can you share the crash report?

Hello, technical services have been helping me. Its turning out not to be a bit of a problem. It was found Matlab wasn't creating crash reports but I found a crash report created by windows. Below is a snippet of the dump it seems to indicate that there is a problem with ntdll.dll. I just did a repair windows installation. That didn't help. I'll have to wait until the tech people get back to me. Thanks for inquiring.
Sig[3].Value=ntdll.dll
Sig[4].Name=Fault Module Version
Sig[4].Value=10.0.18362.778
Sig[5].Name=Fault Module Timestamp

Sig[6].Name=Exception Code

I have recently install R2020a on a new Windows install and have experienced issues.
Completely frozen first, had to kill it. Now it has just terminated without warning.
Linux build has worked fine to date.

Please contact Technical Support using the telephone icon in the upper-right corner of this page and work with the Support staff to determine why MATLAB is terminating without warning and how to address the problem.

Ok! Yeah, I using 2019b on said laptop currently, I will try again with 2020a at some point and if I still have issues will go ahead and do that.
