I have created a iutable by using:
uit=uitable(uifigure,'Data',T);
where T is a table. Then, I added some colors to the cells depending on their value. Usually I am able to save the table by using saveas function, but this does not work in this case since uifigure is used instead of just figure.
How can I save the colored table in any given format?

I am also struggling with the same issue where I'd like to save a uitable (with coloured rows based on their values). In particular, I'd like to save it as a .fig file to retain the functionality.

At the moment, uifigure does not provide any way to save graphics or interface as an image.
The mechanism to color uitable for uifigure is quite different than the hack that is needed for uitable for traditional figures, so converting automatically to a traditional figure to save it might be tricky.
