SOS command valid for factored form?

I want to know is it okay to use sos commands to get factored form of a transfer function?
Such as tf2sos command and zp2sos command?
Or will these sos commands,will not give us factored form?
Forexample i have attached snaps of a transfer function and also its factored form,but how can i achieve factored form in MATLAB? will sos commands help in this regard or not?
