Hello,
I have 2019b 64bits installed on a Windows platform: 'PCWIN64'.
I need to import a 32 bit DLL that need to run on 32 bit Matlab to run correctly.
How can I manage it?
Thanks.

That is not possible. The last release of MATLAB that supported 32 bits was R2015b.

The latest MATLAB version with 32-bit compatibility is 2015b. You can download it from this page.

You can have multiple versions of MATLAB installed on one machine.
Where is it says "this page" in my answer, those words are the link. I just changed the font, to make that a little more obvious.

Note that R2015b might not have full compatibility with Windows 10 Creators Edition or later.
