need help in plotting this simulink

im trying to plot this 1D table, anyone knows what block should i use for x values from 1 to n??? ie increment x values from 0 to 1000 and corresponding Y values should be plotted in scope(scope should have same image as in 1d table)??

You can set the sample time of the input block you are using to 1/n and set the Stop Time to 1.
