please how can I calculate the phase shift of two signals using a range of 0 to π

Yes ....I am using FFT. But I am not dealing with some or cosine signal. I am dealing with a fluctuations from a temperature measurements.

I wonder if you have a good understanding on FFT :-)
Remember that the signals are discrete and thus the m shift in the time domain results in the multiplication of the following term in the frequency domain:
so the phase shift is obviously given by:
