Matrix creation combining vectors

I have two vectors V1 and V2 which I want to combine in one matrix M (size V1*V2,2):

V1=[1 2 3 4 5 6];
V2=[5 10 15];

M=[1 5;2 5;3 5;4 5;5 5;6 5;
    1 10;2 10;3 10;4 10;5 10; 6 10;
    1 15;2 15;3 15;4 15;5 15;6 15];
