Where's the debug tab? Update: Solution found: Documentation didn't match Matlab-version!

On the page Start the Simulink Debugger the text mentions a Debug tab. Where can I find it?

In the menus,
Simulation -> Debug -> Debug Model
But it's a complete new window popup instead of a tab?
Any else ideas?
Update: There are no tabs in my older Matlab 2015b version, that's why I couldn't find it.
Not sure about Simulink because I don't have it, but in MATLAB the tool ribbon tab with all the debug commands is the Editor tab. Can't you just click around until you find it? Otherwise, can you click a little icon in the upper right corner of that popup window and tell it to dock that window?
There are tabs called "HOME", "PLOTS" and "APPS". On which of those is the tool ribbon tab to be found that you're speaking of?
There doesn't seem to be a little icon on the popup window?

Current documentation on the Simulink tabs is not relevant to you. You should be referring to the documentation for your old release.

Hello Starhowl,
I have attached the steps to show the debug window. You need to place at least one Simulink block on the canvas to open the debug window.
After 19b, the menu was switched to the Simulink Toolstrip instead of the Simulink toolbar. 19a can use both.

This showed me that the documentation I was using didn't match my Matlab version. Thank you very much!
