How to design gui for the finding of the determinant of matrix A which will be defined by user at gui

Could you please provide some more details?
How do you want the user to enter the matrix A? For example, is the user going to enter the matrix elements into a table in the GUI or upload a text or csv file with their matrix?
Do you have a fixed size you'll be using for the matrix A? Do you need to check if the matrix is square or are you assuming it always will be?

I want to order the matrix mbyn. Means its user's wish for creating the order of matrix. Size should by maximum ten by ten

I'd have a gui with a uitable and a push button and a static text label on it. Let the user fill in the table, then get the matrix and call det. In the pushbutton callback do something like
m = handles.uitable1.Data;
d = det(m);
handles.text1.String = sprintf('The determinant = %f', d);
