How do I find steady state of nonlinear odes in a symbolic representation using MATLAB?

I have two differential equations:
dAdt = -0.1*A^2+0.3*B
and
dBdt = 0.1*A^2-0.3*B
initial values are
A(0)=1, B(0)=0
How can I find a symbolic representation at steady state: dAdt=0, using MATLAB
Thank you very much!

If there is a symbolic representation of the steady state, it would have to be in terms of something like JacobiAM -- an inherently complex-valued system with an infinite number of solutions, that has mostly complex-valued solutions but sometimes has a real solution. When I look at it, it looks to me as if in this case there are no real-valued solutions.
