Code works on one pc but not another

My collegea and I have been working on a script. I just saw it running on his MAC. He then sendt me the script so that I could work on it, but it will not run on my pc. Any ideas on how this is possible?

What does ‘... it will not run ...’ mean exactly? What does it not do?

i also rune the code in my desktop but it is not working in my laptop the same code shows an error when it cames to my laptop the same version of matlab why?
