How to draw coil spring contains on side as pig tail and another one is square end and middle spring will vary constantly

I want to draw a helical coil spring which has one is pig tail means bottom turn of coil has less diameter than other and another side will be squre end i.e. top side of spring will be flat.The diameter of spring will be more than pig tail end for remainig turns.
