Could not add block from Simulink Library Browser

I am currently using r2019a academic version and Simulink v.9.3 is added.

However, some of the blocks from the Library browser are not opening.

For example, when I drag 'step' block to the model page, it says 'Unknown Block Type: Step'.

Also, when I double click it, it says 'This proxy block replaces a block of type Step, which is not available in the current installation.'

What is the remedy ?

Later I uninstalled and then installed again the Simulink v.9.3 Add-on, problem seems solved. Thanks
