Zedboard-PMOD example design via Matlab

Hi, I'm newbie in FPGA. So I want to design in matlab for faster design . I have a zedboard and pmod nav (https://reference.digilentinc.com/reference/pmod/pmodnav/start). How can I do this an example project? I know how to use Matlab Workflow Advisor. I think that, PMOD Nav has a SPI protochol. Therefore, a protochol design must be done in matlab. Is there any reference design in matlab?

I did that example before.(https://www.mathworks.com/videos/run-a-simulink-model-on-zynq-introduction-and-requirements-1-of-4-89508.html) But there is no pmod in this design.
