Sensitivity-Specificity of clustering result (no labeled data)

Is there any way to calculate the sensitivity and specificity of a clustering result when there is an absence of ground truth labels ?
Thank you in advance!

I was really tempted to just write the one-word answer, "No".
But, instead I'll say that I just don't see how it could be possible. Since the definitions of sensitivity/specificity explicitly involve comparisons with "true positive" and "true negative", I don't see any way to get to there.
