How can I extract bias and weights when having 2 hidden layers? what code should I wright?

Hello everyone, I am Ava, beginner in programming in matlab,I am making a predection model with my colleague, with two hidden layers, 4 inputs and one output, and I am finding difficulties in getting values of wts and bias,
