Compressor Performance Map Generation and Testing

Hello,

I have been attempting to create a compressor map, and the article Compressor Performance Map Generation and Testing does exactly what I am looking for, however insc.m is not included and John D'Errico's file exchange does not have the file anymore. Does anyone know what I might look for to recreate this function, or the file itself.
