Recognize Block in Simulink

Can anyone that recognize the block in the simulink give the name to these blocks?

The first one looks like a Constant block to me.
The second Is possibly a Memory Store
The third one I do not recognize. Perhaps if we had more context someone might recognize it.

I think the second one is a Display block. It receives a [1x3] data (maybe after a Mux or something) and so there are 3 screens.
I think the third one is a Subsystem.

a) Constant
b) Display, with the Numeric Display Format parameter set to bank
c) SubSystem
If you have the model with these blocks, you can select a block and use the following command to check:
get_param(gcb, 'BlockType')
