Signal Builder and Importing Data from Excel

Hi all,
Using the attached simscape circuit, I am trying to use the signal builder to import current values generated from excel. When doing so, I am met with the message telling me that my excel file is not compatible. I was wondering if anyone could give me some help with this?
Thanks,
Fraser

Hi,
For the excel sheet to comply with Signal builder while importing, it should not contain non-numeric values. So, try not using non-numeric values in your excel sheet.
Following is the link for a blog, which also covers importing excel sheet into Signal Builder:

Hi,
Thanks for taking the time to answer. I am unsure as to what you mean by using non-numeric values? How can I change numeric values to non-numeric values in excel?
I have looked at the blog you attached and I was unable to get any further.
Thanks
Had similar challenges and was able to resolve it by deleting about 10 of the empty column close the filled column. Either by omisssion or during the process of copying the irradiance and temperature data empty column after the filed colums were either populated with dots, prompting the error message (non -numeric values ).
Droping this here for future references.
