Computer replacement - can I install Matlab on another computer without uninstalling the program from the broken computer?

I already have installed matlab but the computer got damaged and I had to replace it. Can I install matlab on another computer now or do I have to uninstall the program first?

There is a procedure for deactivating a computer that is no longer available. You have to click to certify the reason. If the older system can still be accessed then it would be better to deactivate there but if it is unusable then you can indicate that.
