I am trying to implement the Field oriented motor control example found here: https://www.mathworks.com/help/supportpkg/xilinxzynq7000ec/examples/field-oriented-control-of-a-permanent-magnet-synchronous-machine.html
I do not have the FMCMOTCON2 driver module that comes with the kit ( I have the Zedboard and the Dyno). Can I use another driver board such as the Enclustra FMC DR2? If so, do I need to change any parameters in the simulink model for this example?

Hello Zaeem,
You can use the fundament control algorithm with any driver, assuming that driver is appropriately speced for your system. Assuming you are only changing the driving hardware, most parameters in the simulink model will not need to change. However, you will need to investigate the interface to the new driver and make sure that all signals are scaled/typed appropriately and the signals go to the correct i/o channels, as the interface is probably somewhat different.
Regards,
Joel
